This year Scottish Woodlands have again partnered with Savills in the production of the Spotlight on the UK Forestry Market report.
The news continues to be highly positive for the economic performance of forestry assets as outlined in the report, and for timber returns in the current marketplace. Planting, especially in Scotland, is progressing apace and with a reduced burden as a result of the Mackinnon recommendations is hopefully becoming easier to permission and progress.
