Irish Woodlands History

Scottish Woodlands Ltd have been operating on the island of Ireland since the early 1990s from the Ballymena office. Although the main focus was always in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland has become increasingly important over the years.
Fast forward to 2026 when the company decided to rebrand the business in the Republic of Ireland to demonstrate the further commitment to the Irish clients and timber markets.
The office provides comprehensive forest management and contracting services to a wide range of investment clients, rural estates and farming businesses and individuals.
Ballymena has been increasingly involved with timber exports to the UK, Europe and Asia.
