SEE YOU AT THE SHOWS
Scottish Woodlands’ staff are gearing up for a busy summer of agricultural shows, all across Scotland and beyond.
The SW team will attend a range of major events, including the Royal Highland Show at Ingliston - and has released a short video to encourage friends, clients and business contacts old and new to pay them a visit.
David Robertson, Investment and Business Develoment Director at Scottish Woodlands Ltd, said: "The shows are part of the fabric of rural life across the UK, and such a great way to meet friends, clients, and customers … and to forge new connections."
The Scottish Woodlands show season kicks off at ScotSheep, one of the UK’s leading sheep and grassland events, on Wednesday 10th June, at Wedderlie Farm in the Scottish Borders.
Soon afterwards, the team will be back at the Ingliston showground for all four days of the Royal Highland Show, from the 18th to the 21st June.
Scottish Woodlands sponsors the Forestry Arena at the Show, where the crowds can watch pole climbing, axe-throwing, chainsaw carving and much more. The Scottish Woodlands stand beside the arena is always a popular hub for a drink and a chat about forestry and wood, the wider rural business world, and life in general!
From the 20th to the 23rd July, the Flintshire Woodlands team will be out in force at the world-famous Royal Welsh at Bulith Wells. Flintshire Woodlands is the trading name for Scottish Woodlands in Wales and parts of western England.
In August, the Scottish Woodlands team will be out in force in the north of Scotland for three more great shows in a really busy week— the Turriff Show (2-3 August), the Black Isle Show (6 August), and the Moy Game Fair (7-8 August).
