Office Administrator - Utilities Division (Melrose)

We are currently inviting applications for the following position:

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - MELROSE

As a key member of a high performing team, operating in a competitive, commercial environment we are seeking an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR within our Melrose Office. The candidate will help our current team in carrying out admin and office duties to facilitate our tree cutting utility division.

The Role…

Based within our Melrose Utilities Office, you will be responsible for assisting and carrying out administration and office duties to facilitate our powerline tree cutting maintenance programme for our SPEN contract. You will work closely as part of the existing team in accordance with Scottish Woodlands Ltd and client standard operating procedures. The key element of the role will involve data input, general administration and co-ordination of client reports.

You will work within the office with our existing team to ensure that client reporting is kept up to date, input data into client systems and carry out day to day general office administration works.

To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated, show initiative and be capable of working as part of our expanding professional team. You will preferably have knowledge or experience within an office environment, be technically able to operative IT systems and have previous experience of Microsoft packages. Depending on circumstances we may consider part time hours for the right candidate.
