Talk to the experts

Scottish Woodlands Ltd has released a new video that spotlights the wide range of high-quality services it offers to clients.

The short film, narrated by Emma Menmuir of Scottish Woodlands, highlights the breadth and depth of expertise across the business, which now employs almost 300 people.

It asks: "Do you want to plant trees, or manage an existing woodland? Do you want to fell trees and sell the timber crop? Want to know more about the benefits of forestry investment? Or perhaps you’d like information on carbon credits or peatland restoration?"

"Whatever you need to know, and wherever you’re based, Scottish Woodlands is here for you."

The film, made by videographer Phil Wilkinson, includes footage from the Royal Highland Show, Scottish Woodlands sites across Scotland - and staff from Flintshire Woodlands, the trading name of the business in Wales and parts of England.

The video ends with the simple message: "For the highest-quality service, delivered to the very highest standards, speak to the experts. Speak to Scottish Woodlands."

David Robertson, Investment and Business Development Director for Scottish Woodlands Ltd, said: "It's already been a busy summer meeting clients old and new at the big agricultural shows - including the Royal Highland Show and the Royal Welsh Show."

"This weekend, we're at the Perth Show (Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd August), the Turriff Show in Aberdeenshire on Sunday 3rd and Monday 4th, Black Isle Show on 6th and 7th and the Moy Country Fair on 8th and 9th. As ever, we'd love people to come and chat about anything to do with forestry and wood, carbon credits or peatland restoration."

"We've grown our team in the last few years to ensure we have expertise across the widest possible range of rural issues - so if you're at any of the shows this weekend and the following week, please come and say hello."

And if you're not at the shows, call Scottish Woodlands on 0131 451 5154, or email enquiries@scottishwoodlands.co.uk.
