Scottish Woodlands has a number of self-catering holiday cottages available for rent. These properties are scattered throughout Scotland and provide a range of styles and accommodation to suit parties of all sizes and budgets.

Fassfern House on the shores of Locheil, overlooking Ben Nevis - Scotland's highest peak, can accommodate up to 14 people. Here in 1745, Bonnie Prince Charlie spent his first night on Scottish soil. In more recent times Mel Gibson used Fassfern House as his home while filming Braveheart. At the other end of the scale the cottages at Eilanreach near Glenelg offer good value family accommodation set in spectacular scenery overlooking the Isle of Skye.

WEDDINGS
If you are thinking of a Highland Wedding where could be better than romantic Fassfern House on the shores of Locheil, overlooking Ben Nevis, Scotland's highest peak. Fassfern House can accommodate up to 14 people, ideal for a small Highland Wedding. For larger weddings, marquees can be set up next to the house.

CONFERENCES AND TRAINING
Fassfern Estate is the ideal venue for small conferences and training courses. Based on the main house, fully catered conference and training facilities are available for up to fourteen people. These have been used successfully in the past by a number of groups from the UK and oversees. Powerpoint, OHP and other presentation aids are available. Gardens, grounds and up to 24,000 acres of land are available if required and recreational activities can be arranged.

SPORTING
Deer stalking and salmon fishing may be available on certain estates. Please contact the Scottish Woodlands office in the area you are interested in.
