The Investment Department can provide clients and professional advisors with valuations and reports on forestry properties, whether managed by Scottish Woodlands or not. This can be for tax purposes such as monitoring capital growth, calculation of asset value for Inheritance Tax or assessment of Capital Gains Tax liability.
