variety of sale methods are used depending on client requirements,
crop characteristics and market conditions.
The Company
pioneered the "delivered sale" alternative to standing
sales, incorporating financing and credit insurance as standard.
Sales are also made at roadside or on a standing basis. The Company
has specialised on securing long term markets for clients' timber
through developing close relations with sawmills, panel and paper
mills, and now has contracts with all the major users which ensure
priority access to markets. Some contracts are specific to individual
estates to give a greater guarantee of market access.
